The Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) continues to monitor reccommended precautions relating to covid-19 on an ongoing basis. In light of the new curfew hours in some parishes, our business hours have been adjusted with immediate effect, until further advised from the Government of Jamaica.
As a result of COVID-19, we are confronting some challenging times ahead. We recognise that businesses are now required to adopt new ways of working. Consequently, there may be some confusion around the implementation of various directives and guidelines.

- Potential payment deferrals/moratoriums or extensions on business
- Accessing short term working capital support at reduced rates;
- Early access to term deposits without penalty for breaking
- Temporary fee waivers on various bank services.
