Business Events Postponed or Online

All business events that we are aware of are postponed or cancelled because of the pandemic that has swept the world and Jamaica. Some will be held online. For now, we will only post critical information related to Jamaica's recovery.

We are helping the PSOJ with its communications efforts in business recovery and fundraising and will focus our attention there to avoid duplication of information. Blessings, and stay safe.

Conference

The Heart Institute of the Caribbean (HIC), and the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC), USA will be hosting the annual International Masters of Medicine Conference and Trailblazer Award at the Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica, on January 17-19, 2020.

Masters of Medicine 2020 will focus on advances in Medical Care and applications of those advances in the care of patients in low resource nations through technology transfer and human capital development under the theme "Medicine and Society". The aim of the conference is to explore the intersectionality between society and medicine while exploring various structural, cultural and socioeconomic determinants that mitigate access to care in developing countries.

The Masters of Medicine conference offers a unique opportunity to continue exploring mechanisms to improve access, options and quality of care to all Jamaicans and strengthening mechanisms for the development of appropriate and sustainable healthcare infrastructures, options and systems to position Jamaica as a preferred destination for health and medical tourism. We hope that you will join the robust attendance and participation from the medical community and civic society that is expected as we embark on a very consequential dialogue on the opportunities and future of healthcare and society.

Our diverse audience and particularly learning will make this a CONFERENCE OF A LIFETIME
